Beatrix Nord Leth

Registered Massage Therapist, Vancouver

Beatrix graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Chinatown in 1990. She has worked in Montreal and all over Vancouver. She is currently working in the Down Town East Side as well as at Commercial Drive Massage. She has studied many modalities over the years, especially Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue and Aroma Therapy.

Anita Seiz

Pilates for Scoliosis

Anita Seiz graduated from Boditree’s comprehensive program in 2002, and has been a pilates instructor for over 9 years. Her background in dance has facilitated her dynamic and thorough understanding of the body and body movements. She also received her certificate in Movement Analysis (2008) through the Laban Institute of Movement Studies (LIMS), and most recently studied with Elise Miller, renowned Yoga for Scoliosis teacher. info@anitaseiz.com

Dr. Ahava Shira

Creative Mentor, Salt Spring Island

Ahava Shira, PhD is a writer, performer, creative mentor and founder of the Centre for Loving Inquiry. In her work, Ahava supports women to love themselves, express their creativity and share it in the world.

As an adolescent, Ahava wore orthopedic braces to stop a growing scoliosis curve. At 17 she had spinal fusion surgery. Over the 30 years since her surgery, she credits her practice of writing and other forms of creative expression as well as her focus on meditation, yoga, dance and healthy eating with keeping her body and mind flexible and strong.

Bryn Thompson - in NORTHERN BC

Bryn has a passion for working with the human body and has focused on understanding the body from the inside and out for more than 20 years. Desk jockeys, outdoor adventurers, yoga teachers, National and International team rowers, runners and tri-athletes, BC Ballet and Alberta Ballet dancers, junior soccer players, weekend warriors, miners, meditators, ranchers, and corporate executives are all populations that Bryn Thompson has treated.
IN 2014 BRYN moved to the CARIBOO-CHILCOTIN area of BC where he continues his work. He also returns to Vancouver periodically to see clients.
